Dale Palmer & the Mystery Men / Rocheport General Store

Friday, July 2nd @ 8:00 pm

The way I heard the story, Harry Truman loved to take walks while he was in the White House. Usually, he took a small entourage of reporters, politicians, and friends with him. As likely as not, he would direct the route so that they’d pass a saloon or two along the way. And at some point, he’d say to the boys, “Let’s step inside and strike a blow for liberty.” And so they would….

You can join us on Friday night at the RGS, and strike a blow for liberty with Dale & the Mystery Men.  Jessica and the guys will make sure that your glass stays full all night long. Independence Day is just around the corner, and we’ll be playing music that was made famous with the red, white, and blue. That’s red necks, white socks, and Blue Ribbon beer….with a tip of the hat to Johnny Russell. We’ll be playing all the old country songs that made the juke box play.
